We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak weekends. Your planning questionnaire follows immediately so we can honour your cultural timings and priorities from the outset.

Most couples choose 50% retainer at booking, 50% due 30 days before. Card and bank transfer are accepted.

Reschedules are accommodated subject to availability; any pricing difference for the new date applies. Retainers are non‑refundable because we turn away other enquiries once your date is reserved. If cancellation is unavoidable, any balance already paid (beyond the retainer) is refundable according to the agreement timeline.

Refund & Returns Policy

Because our services are custom, date‑specific, and reserved exclusively for each client, refunds and returns are handled with care and clarity.

Booking & Retainer

All bookings require a non‑refundable retainer to secure the event date. Once a date is reserved, we decline other enquiries for that date and begin pre‑production planning. For this reason, retainers are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations

• If the Client cancels the booking after the retainer is paid, the retainer remains non‑refundable.
• Any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refundable only if cancellation occurs within the timelines outlined in the signed agreement.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for refunds, as production resources and staffing have already been committed.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change.

• One reschedule may be accommodated subject to availability and must occur within 12 months of the original date.
• If the new date falls into a higher‑priced season or day, a price adjustment may apply.
• If we are unavailable for the new date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

Deliverables & Satisfaction

All photography and films are delivered in line with our portfolio style. Due to the subjective nature of creative work, refunds are not issued for stylistic preferences once services have been rendered. Reasonable revisions (as outlined in your agreement) are included.

Travel & Destination Expenses

For destination or extended‑travel bookings, travel, accommodation, permits, and related costs are non‑refundable once incurred, even in the event of cancellation or reschedule.

Force Majeure

In the rare event that circumstances beyond our control prevent us from delivering services, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative solution or apply payments toward a future date.

We respect your wishes. Choose Private password-protected gallery / link, Share select previews, or Approve case‑by‑case. We never post without your consent.

Yes—London and beyond. Within our local radius we include travel; beyond that we quote mileage/transport, and, if needed, accommodation to protect early starts and late finishes.

We provide a simple travel package:

• Flights or rail (economy or business at your preference),
• 2–3 nights accommodation near the venue,
• Local transport (taxis or rental), and
• Any permits/visas required for filming.
  We always aim for cost‑sensitive options that keep the crew rested and punctual.

For a full‑day celebration, you can expect approximately 150–300 artfully edited photographs (half‑day events typically yield 50–150). Images are delivered in a curated online gallery, colour‑graded and ready to print or share.

You receive a perpetual personal‑use license—print for your home, create albums, and share with friends and family (including on social). As is standard in our industry, the studio retains copyright and kindly asks that any commercial use (e.g., brand campaigns, vendor advertising) is requested in advance so we can arrange the appropriate licensing.

• When should hair/makeup finish?
  Aim to finish at least 60–90 minutes before departure so we can capture calm portraits and details.
• We’re awkward on camera—help!
  We’ll guide with natural prompts and flattering light so everything feels relaxed and genuine.
• How long is the highlight film?
  Typically 3–7 minutes depending on coverage and narrative flow.
• Do you work well with other creatives?
  Absolutely—we collaborate closely with photographers/videographers, bands/DJs, and planners.
