Can we reschedule or cancel?

Reschedules are accommodated subject to availability; any pricing difference for the new date applies. Retainers are non‑refundable because we turn away other enquiries once your date is reserved. If cancellation is unavoidable, any balance already paid (beyond the retainer) is refundable according to the agreement timeline.

Do you work with wedding planners?

Yes—seamlessly. We coordinate with planners, celebrants, and venue teams to protect the flow of rituals, entrances, blessings, and family moments.

Music for our film—can we choose songs?

Please share 1–3 song ideas or moods during checkout. We license music that matches your taste; if a specific track cannot be licensed, we propose sonically similar, properly licensed alternatives.

Can you provide a same‑day teaser?

Yes, with the Eternal Love tier or as an add‑on. It depends on timeline, Wi‑Fi/power access, and an on‑site editing space. We’ll confirm feasibility in your run‑of‑day.

What’s the difference between your packages?
  • Video‑only: cinematic highlight, optional ceremony/speeches films.
  • Photography + BTS (iPhone): editorial‑grade images plus social‑ready behind‑the‑scenes clips.
  • Combo: a fully integrated photo + film narrative.
    • Each tier (Heritage, Legacy, Eternal) scales hours, crew size, and deliverables.
Do you use multiple cameras and mics?

Yes. Ceremonies typically include two to three cameras and discreet lapel mics/recorders for vows and speeches to preserve clarity and ambience.

Do you bring backup gear and insurance?

Absolutely—professional backup bodies, lenses, audio recorders, lighting, and public liability coverage.

Do you offer drone coverage?

Available where legal, venue‑approved, and weather‑safe. Some locations require permits or are restricted (e.g., near airports or city no‑fly zones). Safety and compliance take precedence.

How does live streaming work?

We provide a private link and record a backup. Quality depends on reliable internet (venue Wi‑Fi or strong mobile signal). For challenging venues, we can schedule a pre‑event test and discuss bonded/hard‑line options if available.

What will we receive?
  • Photography: a curated, colour‑graded gallery (download + share).
  • Video: a highlight film; add‑ons may include full ceremony and speeches films; same‑day teaser where selected.
  • BTS iPhone: vertical, social‑ready moments with tasteful edits.
How many photos do couples usually receive?

Ranges by coverage, typically 150–250 artfully edited images for a full‑day.

Can we request edits?

One refinement round is included for the highlight film (e.g., minor trims or music timing). Structural re‑edits or additional rounds are billed at our studio rate.

Do you deliver raw footage?

We preserve master files (for up-to one year) and can provide raw clips for an archival fee. Most couples prefer the finished, colour‑graded edits that reflect our style.

How long do you keep our files?

We back up on multiple drives and keep project files for 12 months after delivery. Please download and back up your gallery and films upon receipt.

Do you travel?

Yes—London and beyond. Within our local radius we include travel; beyond that we quote mileage/transport, and, if needed, accommodation to protect early starts and late finishes.

How are destination weddings handled?

We provide a simple travel package:

  • Flights or rail (economy or business at your preference),
  • 2–3 nights accommodation near the venue,
  • Local transport (taxis or rental), and
  • Any permits/visas required for filming.
    We always aim for cost‑sensitive options that keep the crew rested and punctual.

What about overtime?

If the celebration flows past your included hours, we confirm with you or your planner and continue at a clear hourly rate per crew member (and per additional camera for live streaming, if applicable).

Will our images/film be shared online?

We respect your wishes. Choose Private password-protected gallery / link, Share select previews, or Approve case‑by‑case. We never post without your consent.

Do you need vendor meals or breaks?

For full‑day coverage, a hot meal and brief break keep the crew energised without missing key moments. We coordinate timing with your planner to avoid important events.

Do you need anything from the venue?

A small area for equipment, access to power for charging, and early access if a same‑day teaser or live stream is booked.

How long have you been a wedding photographer and how many weddings do you shoot each year?

Our lead team brings 2 years of professional wedding experience. To preserve the calm, attentive service our couples value, we accept a limited number of commissions—around 20–45 weddings per year (fewer in years with multi‑day destination events). Fewer bookings mean more time for thoughtful pre‑planning, respectful coverage of cultural traditions, and meticulous post‑production.

How do we book our date?

We MUST have a consultation call either before payment or once payment has been secured. A signed agreement and a retainer will secure your date. We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak weekends. Your planning questionnaire follows immediately so we can honour your cultural timings and priorities from the outset.

How many images will we receive and do we get usage rights?

For a full‑day celebration, you can expect approximately 150–300 artfully edited photographs (half‑day events typically yield 50–150). Images are delivered in a curated online gallery, colour‑graded and ready to print or share.

You receive a perpetual personal‑use license—print for your home, create albums, and share with friends and family (including on social). As is standard in our industry, the studio retains copyright and kindly asks that any commercial use (e.g., brand campaigns, vendor advertising) is requested in advance so we can arrange the appropriate licensing.

When will we see everything?
  • Preview selects (optional): within 72 hours.
  • Photo gallery: 4–6 weeks.
  • Highlight film: 6–8 weeks.
  • Full ceremony/speeches films: 8–10 weeks.

    Expedited options are available on request.
What is the payment schedule?

Most couples choose 25% retainer at booking, 50% due 30 days before, and 25% on delivery. We also offer a simple 50/50 split (retainer, then 30 days before). Card and bank transfer are accepted.

How do you plan for cultural traditions?

Your questionnaire captures must‑honour rituals (e.g., tea ceremony, chuppah, nikah, zaffa/entrances, garland exchange, blessings). We schedule quiet time for elders and family formals, brief the crew on sensitivities, and confirm any do‑not‑film requests.

Do we need a shot list?

Share a short VIP list (names + relationships) and any décor or heirlooms that matter to you. We handle the rest with a balance of editorial polish and candid storytelling.
